OEM Filter 990 - dusyt as hell after one ride.... spoke to Pros and they said;
1. Quick wash in petrol, straight into soapy mixture and rinse in water ( same as foam enduro foam filters )
2. Let dry and them spray with fabric filter spray underside and let dry in sun
3. Reinstall and good as new.
Definitely not what BMC tell you as they want you to use their aftermarket special washing and oil fitting products. Thoughts guys?
On my enduro bike, its the same 3 steps as above, work a bomb.... but its foam, and not cotton / fabric. Any experience on this with BMC 990 filters?
