Looking at softening the suspension on the XT660z at the rear a bit as I think it's too hard and set up for road riding and it effects the dirt riding a lot. Also maybe it was set up for someone heavier, will check tonight to see if it is standard or not.

I'll go back to the standard settings on the front as I made it two clicks harder.

The bike doesn't feel planted in the dirt and it does feel very hard, so I'll play a bit and see if it makes a difference. Also thought of dropping the forks a bit to make it turn better, I know this changes the geometry but will test and feel. I don't ride faster then 110kmh max 120kmh so I don't do high speed riding.

Will also need new tyres as I don't trust those Tourances at all in the dirt.

So this weekend I'll do the following and test:

2 Clicks softer at the rear
2 Clicks softer on the front and maybe drop the bike in the forks a bit(5mm) to make it turn better in the dirt.
Deflate tyres to 2bar when on dirt.(What the manual states)

Any suggestions?
