My original idea and still present one was to sell my KLR650 and purchase a BMW1150GS which is advertised on this site, THIS IS STILL MY NUMBER ONE WISH. But a bit of lateral thinking makes a second option a possibility, that is swop my KLR for either a BMW1150GS as first option, or a road BMW as the other, naturally with a cash adjustment. My bike is as new but in one way is ideal, but soon will be needing a bike to commute long distance and don?t want to be trapped into having to use a car. But at the end of the day I am not in a desperate position that I must get rid of the KLR as it is an excellent bike especially in town traffic.
