Technical problem with bike - Help please

Hi guys

I have a problem on my 650GS.  Mechanic can't find the problem.

Sometimes when riding, whenever I release the throttle to change gears the engine just dies.  It immediately starts again, but it happens every time when releasing the throttle.

Does anyone have advice please.
