tenere suspension

Hi am hoping for some advice.On my first outing with the new bike i gashed my rear back tyre, and had to load my bike to get it home.Once unloaded off the bakkie I  noticed that the frt suspension has dropped and seems softer.Before i start fidling around was hoping for some advice.
