Hi

So I have been thinking of what can the possible effects of running to lean be.

So you can seize a enjin, but why does this happen?

can anything happen to the valves?

I AM NOT PLANNING TO OR AM I RUNNING LEAN.

With that said:

This topic is like your parents telling you don't do this its bad, but I want to know exactly why its bad!

So here's the objective of the topic:

Its a given, don't run lean!
1) why (enjin runs hot)
2) what is the effects (predetination, which leads to enjin knock, wich leads to.....)
3) what can cause possible lean conditions
4) the symptoms to look out for (your valve stem seal are shot at 10k km)

looking forward to a proper technical discussion and no the here's the short answer.
