Hi guys,
I have a 2006 KLR with an overheating issue due to fan not coming on.
1. I have tested the fan directly to power and it works 100%.
2. I have checked the wire connected to the thermoswitch with multimeter and it has 12v on it(positive)
3. I tried to "short" the wire connected to thermoswitch by inserting wire and touching to body to see if fan comes on but it does not.
What else could be the cause besides ThermoSwitch ?
any assistance will be highly appreciated
