Those narrow rutted 2 spoor - How?

This weekend I had some time with one of my favourites

Narrow Deep Rutted 2 spoor with a nice high middelmannetjie

I've come off once before riding these where the front tyre went over the
middelmannetjie and the rear wheel stayed in the other one.

So what is the right techique for riding this?
At the moment I just go kak slow and look at my front wheel
