I'm gatvol of handguards not tightening properly due to the expansion bolts going into the handlebar not locking into place (cycra handguards with aluminum expansion thingies). I've seen people recommend the kit below, where you basically tap thread in your handlebar's ends and then screw in a threaded insert (heli coil kind of thing). From there you tighten the handguard with the supplied M8 cap screw and then it is going nowhere.

Does any of you know where one can get hold of these kits locally or will one have to source it piece by piece in order to get the job done (1x tap and 2x inserts)? If the latter, where do I start in the Cape area. I already know that if I walk into my closest hardware store, I'll be getting very confusing stares when asking for threaded inserts...
