I am planning a trip for Easter weekend from JHB up trough western Botswana, down Namibia along the Namibia/Botswana borer and back along the Botswana/SA border.
I have pretty much the whole trip figured out except for the Kang/Mamuno section. I did it almost 10 years ago on the Trans Kalahari and it was so boring...
How is the road (track?) between Tshane/Hukuntsi to Kule/Mamuno? I have very conflicting reports and don't want to put myself in a tight spot.
Is it gas and accommodation in the Tshane/Hukuntsi area?
I am ridding a 640 Adventure and will do the trip solo. I usually travel very light and try not to camp as I ride very long days (I do regularly 1000 km on weekends mostly on dirt roads).
Thank you in advance for your help.
