Please I need some help

I have a KLE 500 that wont start first time.  Once it has started it is fine for the rest of the day.

Done the following:

Cleaned the Carb
Checked that there is no flooding or feul issues
Changed the plugs
Checked the workings of the choke

Any suggestions other than getting a new bike would be great
