What do you guys do when you get to a traffic light that stays green for the other road until a car stops at the instersection crossing it ( usually a main road or very busy road). These traffic lights are controlled by those magnetic strips in front of the white line.
I often have to cross Broadway at Somerset Mall at the Total garage, and the magnetic strip does not seem to detect my bike, and often I have to wait until a car stops next to me before the ligth changes.
Do you have to ride over these strips in a certain way?
