Hi, dawgs! - hope someone can help.
My new (7800km) TA gave a its first ever glitch today.
After my usual problem-free commute, I stopped for breakfast and then, out of the blue, the FI light came on and the fan was running, even though the engine temp showed only 80 degrees. :eek7:
I switched it off and back on again, but now it appears to run rough. I assume that the FI system has gone into safe mode??
(I have not made any installation that involves splicing into wiring or anything like that - the electronics are stock - except for the Optimate cable on the battery)
I have checked the destruction manual for advice, but there is no testing the ECM or FI control unit without special tools.
As always - advice would be appreciated - experience doubly so...
