I recently had an accident on my bike and it was written off by insurance. I was paid out for the bike and am now in the market so was browsing through the internet looking at what is available and came accross my written off bike - only thing off is that it is being advertised as having about 10 000 kms less than when I had it. There is even a photo of the dash showing the kms, but I know that someone has turned the odo meter back. I feel really p...ss.d off about this as some poor innocent person is going to buy this bike thinking that it has less kms than it has. Is there anything I can do or take this up with someone ... surely this is fraud?
