Hi all,
My 2002 TW has about 12000km on the clock and it seems like the steering bearings need replacement. Yamaha will charge +- R 1200 including labour for the original Yamaha bearings; however I am looking to rather upgrade to the better tapered roller bearings... Has anyone done this conversion in the Cape area? Where is the best workshop other than Yamaha that I can try?
Ryan's motorcycle surgery quoted R450 for the bearings and R 350 for labour...
Any ideas?
