Tyre advice needed for 2008 TransAlp 700

Hi all

The 2008 700cc transalp has a 130/80/17 at the rear, will a 150/70/17 work? 
I can get a tyre for gratis from a F800GS (mitas07, same as I have now) and it would be awesome to save some cash with this.
