Im looking for the mythical dual purpose front tyre.
My needs are more off-road biased as I like a bit more front end stability in the dirt, but I don't want something that will be scary to ride on wet roads.
I was looking at something like the Conti TKC 80 or Bridgestone AX41 for a front tyre. I know people say they are ok on tar but I haven't seen a review cover wet tar.
How much of a compromise are they? I slow my speed down when it gets wet but I still want something that will get me to my destination safely if I get caught in the rain.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
