Tyre pressures on tubed tyres for offroad ???

Any advice from the experienced dogs.

What is the recommended and safe pressures that I can deflate my tyres to when I go offroad keeping in mind that I ride a F650GS with spoked rims - tubes in the tyres and no rim locks.

Looking forward to learn something new.
