Video camera for bike

Hi guys, was wondering if any dog can advise on video cameras for mounting on either a helmet, or on the bike ala Long Way Round etc.  ??? What types do you suggest and what are the problems (quality etc).  Any suggestion on where to get and makes would be most appreciated
