Wanted: Accessories for F800GS

I'm doing a long round trip from JHB to Cape Town and I want to kit my F800GS out a bit before then. Mainly for comfort (bigger screen) but also to pack more stuff.

Any suggestions where I can get the best quotes and products for the following items:

• Pannier racks - top rack and side panniers for soft luggage (or hard options as well)
• Bigger windscreen
• HID spot-lighting kit
• Lens Cover
• Handlebar Risers

I'm looking at some second hand options for panniers and top boxes, but I don't think I'll be able to get most of the stuff like that. I've asked for quotes from Acme, Bikegear, Motoradtech and DustRiders.
