Wanted: PW50/PW80 Running or Not

Ok, so its time to get my son his first bike. He is 7 so ideally it would have to be a PW50 or PW80
He is adamant that he wants to buy the bike himself with his savings, but not sure what we will get. My idea is to get something that we can fix up together but I'm sure his idea will be to buy and ride - immediately - flat out

Let me know if anyone has something out there. Preferably in the Western Cape, don't want to waste more cash on transport
