So it seems I lost this at a deWildt ride - Strangely didn't even notice it when I washed the bike, only picked up on it now when I was servicing the bike. Marks on the swingarm indicate that a big (ish) rock got inbetween the flap an the wheel and wedged in there, ripping it off.
Taking a chance. If anyone has one or know of someone who does, please point me there.
I have tried almost all the usual plastics distributors, but it seems it's just one of those damn odd items that is a pain to get aftermarket. I can bring one in from the States but with our lovely currency it will cost an arm at least - even a universal one from Acerbis. I am yet to get to the bike hospital etc., but posting everywhere. Surely someone has an old unused one they want to part with. I will pay of course.
