WANTED: Street-Legal Dual sport, 400cc max

Looking for a light, nimble, street-legal dual sport bike in good condition.
Will not be used for long distance travelling.
400cc max, preferably 250cc.
Honda or Yamaha is probably first choice.
If you are looking to upgrade, I have an older model KLR 650 that we can perhaps work into the deal?
Preferably in the Eastern Cape.

NB: MUST RUN ON UNLEADED!!
