What Engine oil to use for XT660R

Hi guys. I have been searching on the forum for what oil i should use for my next oil change.  I want to use the best for my specific bike, even if it costs a bit  more. Please assist. I dont need a whole lot of mumbo jumbo. A name and viscosity will do.
