What pipe is this on a VW T5 2.0TDI Kombi, connecting the turbo to the radiator area?- 1st picture taken from above
I discovered that it is torn almost right around, with a mesh inside the rubber holding the thing together. - 2nd picture taken from below
It attaches to the turbo next to the air filter | intake pipe.
Oil is dripping from the pipe and has sprayed onto the steering rack and CV joint. 3rd picture taken from inbetween the suspension.
It must have been like this for a while? What does the pipe connecting the turbo to the radiator area do, and should I be worried about the broken pipe and oil leaking?
