What is this BMW worth?

This is a photo of a bike that I have not seen myself. my wife has taken a picture of it whilst visiting my daughter. I do not have an idea what offers to make for it. It looks like a R71 (1941) and stil have its sidecar on in good condition. What is it worth in your opinion as is?
