What to buy if my last ride on a bike was 20 years ago

A friend of mine convinced me to buy a bike. I used to do a bit of riding about 20 years ago. I’m willing to pay up to R100 000 for a dual purpose bike. It must be able to carry a load of up to 200kg’s.

My question is what to buy? My current options are BMW 1200 GS, KTM 990 or Yamaha Super Tenere.
