1st Most definitely HID lights. Extra lighting makes night riding a safe and enjoyable experience. I also think it improves day-time visibility. (orange Perspex on dim and always ride with brights on as well)
2nd two finger levers. Very comfortable. Suits the way I use levers.
3rd progressive shocks. Should be first from a safety improvement viewpoint but difference was not earth shattering

Akro or alternative can, but not sure if the cost is justifiable.
