So here's my delema. As posted in trade, buy and sell, looking to purchase a ds priced between 40k to 45k. Had some replys from members and found some on GT. This is where the problem starts. Oh I need to mention, I need to find a bike before 12th December as I'm doing a 2300 km trip with my 2 brothers. Option 1 wd : 2003 1150gs for 45k, 128000km on the odo which stopped working 6 months ago. Only extras are panniers. Opt 2 wd: 1993 XTZ 750 Super Tenere for 45k, 40000 km on clocks. No extras. Opt 3 GT: 2011 KLR 650 for 45k , 6500km and about 10k extras. Opt 4 GT: 2011 XR 650l for 45k, 13000km only performance pipe. Opt 5 GT: transalp 650 for 40k, 46000km. I would like to also do trips with my missus at a later stage so will require enough oomph for 2 up. Would really appreciate some help with making a decision as to which would be the best option.
