Hi Guys,
It’s coming towards that time of year again when we host the annual “Outriders Toy Run”. For the last 4 years we have had great success, achieving around 120 entries last year, donating gifts monies to the Malvern children home which was sourly needed.
We would like to this year take the event to greater heights by involving our club supporters and any other business that would like to be involved. We would also this year like to involve Tour Bikes and will be looking for some assistance from those involved in this arena.
We do however have a habit of doing extremely last minute organising and even now is a bit late.
We will be having a committee meeting at my place this Thursday evening at 18:00 to kick off the planning, if anybody in the club would like to join the committee meeting to bring in some ideas or to volunteer some assistance please feel free, give me a bell for directions.
