Well, I have cash in hand and need to chose between the two.
I have owned the XR600R before, loved it to bits... but it was a bit of a chick... temperamental and high maintenance.
What I did love about it was the constant wheelies, confidence inspiring ride, and over all bad-ass-ness.
The XR's are hard to find though, and finding a half decent one even harder + legend tax.
So I have been looking at the XT600. It has very similar specs on paper.... Love the 28L tank, and the look.
My fear is that the XT will not live up to my expectations.... I am just being anal? Anyone ridden both?
