I bought this bike as an idea a few of us friends had to buy old bikes and ride them together. I was the only one who ended up doing so. I am selling to get a bigger bike
Front brakes were binding, but I removed and cleaned them and they are working well now. I am waiting for replacement rubbers for the calibers from the agents.
Rev counter doesn't work.
Bike runs well
Seems to have a small oil sweat somewhere, but am yet to find it. Will amend here if I do.
New rev counter from agents is R3000 and 6 weeks lead time. I don't rally see the need for one personally.
I was thinking of around R35000 for the bike, but seeing that the engine is a bit older now, I'll do R25k. I recon someone with a bit more mechanical knowledge than myself will be able to attend to it and get a good bike.
