I recently bought a XT660 without a screen. I soon fitted the geniune Yamaha "bigger windscreen". All 4 screws are tight and the correct rubber grommets are used. From around 100km/h the wind noise/vibrations are a problem. I tried both a racing and enduro helmet. Without the screen it rides a lot smoother.
Did anyone experience this with the bigger screen fitted?
Can it be caused by the small opening at the bottom of the screen?
Any help will be appreciated.
