ZA sticker & paper work going to neighboring countries?

Hi All
I'll soon go to Swaziland, Mozambique and Lesotho with my bike - and I hope you can answer some unclarities for me.

1. I'll need a ZA sticker, where should I put it on the bike?
2. I've read the below:
"A certified copy of vehicle registration/vehicle license papers is acceptable at the border posts. Must be accompanied with a letter from the bank giving you the authorisation to take the vehicle across the border, and must indicate dates."

How to go about that? That required?
