Have a KLR250 which does not chanrge battery when running. Old battery replaced with a new one. I charged it and read 12V. Installed it on bike and voltage read 11V when ignition on and running. Revving it up makes no difference. What is most common....stator or voltage regulator? The KLR250 running circuit and battery circuit is not dependant on each other.
