+1 agree with you.  I have the Anakee IIIs - no shake issues just irritating hum which is improving with wear.

Congrats on the new bike.  I have had mine for about a week.  I have not experienced any drive train or suspension issues.  I have the same tyres and experience the same high pitch whine - it does seem to be improving as I'm taking the edge off the tread!

6'2" on 1200 GS with adventure screen and winglets.  Used a Shoei hornet and Arai tour X - I was unhappy with buffeting  and peak buzz. Added aerotrim - happy days - buffeting gone.  Pity about the service though!

I've never tried this tip because my inner is removable but I have a very good mate who says he cleans his lid in the dishwasher on a cool cycle - says it works brilliantly !!!  Give it a try - just don't tell the wife!!!

Just to let you all know that you can now fit the new LED taillight to older models (the connections are different) with an adapter kit and module from BMW.  Its a little pricey but looks good and works really well.  You can also change the indicators - these are a direct fit.  Fitment is an...
