I changed my oil and oil filter on Friday. I know the book says tighten to 24nm or something like that but dont have a torque device to do it. I tightened it as tight as I could with my hands .... Is that good enough? or should I rather take it to someone to check?  :dontknow: thanks

Hi all I have added my heated handgrips to my 2011 Transalp 700VA What concerns me is there was no way of determining how to add them to the ignition circuit to make sure they are turned off when the bike is off..... Besides taking it in, has anyone done this or had experience in doing it...

Got my license today. Collect my 2011 Transalp XL700VA tomorrow with 3400km on the clock. Cant wait!!!! :) :)

Hi all I'm new here. Not been on a bike for 30 years, and doing my license this Thursday. I have purchased a 2011 Transalp with full paniers, and all acccessories from a friend. It only has 3400km on the clock and in pristine condition. I love the  advice and subject matter on all things bike...
