Anyone else out there who has had to sell their bike? Really sux, but we not coping financially. :'(

My hubby and I both ride bikes. I started riding after almost 2 decades of driving cars. The traffic scares me when it comes to letting my daughter out there. Yet I know given half a chance she'd be on a scooter. It would help us a lot and give her some freedom. Am I too protective?????  :-\

We moved last week. The kids now live too far away from school to walk....which means I'll be in my car more often than on my bike. Trying to get used to the idea. Feel bit sad...like I've lost some freedom. Any other girls feel the same way?  :-\

Our son is keen to learn how to ride and I would love for him to learn. What bike would be best to start with?? He is about 1.60m tall and VERY keen  :biggrin:
