I stripped all the plastic off the bike to give it a real good clean. i have noticed and oily substance on the side of the motor. it is coming from the bottom of the airbox. i opened the box and removed the air filter and notices this oily stuff in the bottom. very little but just wondering...

Seems like my chain is stuffed. When spinning back wheel chain gets tighter and loose again. Also seems to be riding up the sprocket. Very noisey about 300km after lubing. Makes like a low winding sound almost like a bearing has gone (although once lubed the noise disappears for about 350km)...
