My 990 is at times difficult to gear up. Even if the clutch is pulled in fully it seems that something doesn't mesh, it scratches before engaging. At times it also feels like it goes into neutral between 3rd and 4th. Any ideas? I rode a buddies 990R, and it is really crisp and slick.
2006 model, 12 000km, I've only had it for 2 000km now, the bike did it since I got it. I did a oil/filter change, but didn't open the clutch. It doesn't slip at all and the gearbox makes no funny noises.
