Age old tyre question

I am going to Namibia in 2 weeks and the I need to fit new tyres.Going 2up with side panniers and topbox.Was thinking of maxis6006 at the back and tkc 80 on the front.

Bike Transalp 700

I have to do tar from Worcester to Upington so need something that will be able to do decent speed aswell.
