best tyres for 70/30 off/on road use?

I used to do long-distance touring with my 2007 F650GS. After more than 20 000km I still have my Heidenau tyres front and rear but they need to be replaced soon. my life style changed and I'm not doing these long adventure trips any more. These days  mostly tar , sometimes gravel or dust.  Any recommendations? A decent price is very important.
