I am a n00b to thw world of motorcycling, so would like to ask a couple of questions. I have been on motorcyles a lot in my life, so I know how to ride them, but I have never actually owned one. And I am upgrading from a MTB to a motorcylce! :biggrin:
First things first. I am interested in the BMW GS 650 F type dual sport bikes. How good are the BMW specifically? What do I need to look out for when buying a pre-owned model? How comfortable are these single cylinder bikes really? How do these compare to the KLR500's?
If I don't go the dual sport route, I'll look at getting a full off-roader. A125cc two stroke should be good enough, or would a 250cc two stroke be better (I'm afraid of a 250cc two stroke
). Opinions on that?
