I am about to replace both tyres on my GSA, and had been contemplating different makes, but concidering the new liquid cooled BMW's wider rear tyre, could one fit a wider tyre on the these "older" models.? The standard for my bike is a 150/70x17. I think the new BMs are fitted with a 170/70x17
Secondly my choice for replacement tyres would be Heidenau Scout for rear wheel, and Mitas EO7 front. Reason being that I have had very good mileage from Heidies rear (and front) but the Heidenau front was noisy and had been wearing down very unevenly. Any comment on EO7 noise? Thanx
