Changing coolant ...How often

So ..now that my XT660 is my only motorcycle , I intend to lavish as much love and affection (and money) on her as I can.

So this weekend she will get a full service , oil , filters , etc

What I do need to know is how often should I change the coolant, and what anti freeze should be used in what concentration.
