Hi,
my Dakar's battery is completely poked.
I did not ride it over the weekend and it would not start. I could start it with jumper cables linked up to my car but as soon as I removed the jumper cables it dies. I did try getting the revs up a bit before disconnecting (had to start it a few times) but it still dies.
I had the same problem last Monday aftre not riding on the weekend, but it started then with the jumper cables and was fine all of last week.
I presume it is the battery. Would this be covered by BMW warranty (I am guessing not)
Where can I get a new battery for less than what BMW will rip me?
