Dakar Service: Where to go?

Hey all

I will need to have my Dakar serviced in a few kilo's, and find BMW extremely expensive. I am unfortunately not very technical, but willing to learn to service the baby myself. Anyone know 1) where to have the bike serviced in Jhb that is good and reasonable and 2) anyone willing to teach me how to service the bike myself?
