Four derivatives of the Multistrada 1200 will be released on the SA market.
The base 1200 at R195 000 has a 112kW engine derived from that of the 1198 sport flagship with four engine mapping modes - sport, touring, urban and enduro – selectable on the fly from a switch on the handlebars. Traction control is standard.
The Multistrada 1200 ABS (R205 000) adds anti-lock brakes.
The Multistrada 1200S with Ohlins suspension and carbon-fibre trim will cost R240 000.
The Multistrada T will come with panniers and touring screen at R240 000.
