Earphones

Can anybody suggest a lekker pair of earphones for a helmet, not a bluetooth intercom system. Just a pair of earphones i can hook up to my ipod. Those normal in ear earphones hurt like hell in a helmet and are a mission to get in. Thanks :thumleft:
