GLOVES (winter)

I am well aware we are mid summer , but as per another thread we are planning a winter ride into Lesotho this winter again , the whatsup group is mostly new guys keen on going , myself and a friend did the ride last year , going again this year , and we are more or less kitted out . I have winter gloves that will do the job sort of , but this time I want to make sure I have a great pair . Branded is my first choice , saw a nice pair , that is water proof and has a thermal inner part and parcel , price is a almighty 4 grand . Would be hard to part with my Rands for them , so will look for other options , but knowing myself I think I have lost the plot and I have them sitting right on top of the list.
Fortunatly they have to be ordered and i have 4 months to find a runner up
